Client Services / Receptionist
13,000 – 17,000 AED
Contract length – 5 Months
– 2+ years experience within a Receptionist/Client facing role
– Experience within a law firm/ professional services
– Candidates from high-end hotels will be considered too
– Advantage – If the candidate has their own visa
– Welcoming clients and visitors in a professional, service orientated approach and interacting with Lawyers.
-Answering and screening inbound calls as well as directing calls
-Handling all conference room requests
-Troubleshooting any issues when they arise in the conference room
-Performing ad hoc tasks assigned via the Office/HR Manager
