Client Services Executive
Major Accountabilities:
Main point of contact for the Client :
– Share accurate location specs with the client
– Share any client request
– Follow up and update clients about delivery dates
– Deliver solutions within stipulated timeframe
- Receive the artwork document from the client.
- Manage the entire approval process, from initial document receipt to client approval.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely approvals.
- Issue order forms based on approved artwork.
- Coordinate with the Technical Team for implementation of approved campaigns.
- Update the Odex system regularly to reflect all production visual changes approved by the client.
- Collaborate with the Client Servicing Manager to request high-resolution photos from the company photographer.
- Ensure proper segregation of photos in the correct folders.
- Assist the finance team by providing updates on installed campaigns for monthly sales declarations.
- Keep track of expired campaigns.
- Share removal requests with the Technical Team as needed.
- Coordinate with the sales team for renewals of upcoming campaigns.
- Manage the invoicing process for the completed campaigns.
- Maintain effective communication throughout the process with all relevant teams and stakeholders.
Skills:
– Bachelor’s Degree
– Minimum 2 years of similar job profile
– Understanding of artwork, file formats, specs & production process is an added value
– Well versed with MS Office
– Should be able to have effective business communication with clients
– Team player focused on delivering result to avoid delays in installation
– Able to work under pressure and deal with multiple departments
