Client Relationship Officer
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Corporate Service: Incorporate companies in onshore, free zone and offshore jurisdictions and facilitate the amendment of existing company structures. Deploy all other services clients may require as per company customer value proposition.
- Client Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of international clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Act as the main point of contact and ensure end to end customer experience. Assess and execute tasks to maximize company profitability and enhance client satisfaction.
- Business Development and Company Formation: Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients.
- Regulatory Compliance and Due Diligence: Conduct thorough compliance and due diligence checks on clients to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Database Management: Keep the client database up to date with accurate and relevant information.
- Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with global and local teams to ensure seamless coordination on strategic tools and process enhancements. Work closely with partners and colleagues worldwide to provide comprehensive services to clients.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish and track key performance metrics, delivering reports to senior management with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Continuous Learning and Development: Stay abreast of periodic changes to government policies, laws, and regulations. Active participation in external and internal trainings.
