Selection Criteria:
Bachelors and / or Master’s Degree in Business Management / Administration or relevant domain with minimum 10 years of experience in the Telematics or IT / loT industry in either public or private sector. Proven business acquisition and sales experience in a loT based solution environment – Advance Telematics / IoT / Vehicle Tracking etc. is preferred.
Job Expectation:
• Achieving Sales Revenue / Profitability / Business Acquisition targets and reporting of the same on monthly basis to CEO.
• Working with existing and prospective clients to develop NLC Smart Solution business.
• Carrying out market research and competitive analysis including product research.
• Ability to independently scope, prioritize and lead project execution and initiatives focused on improving productivity, quality and customer-service standards.
• Contributing operational information-preparing and completing action plans.
• Developing, implementing and reviewing processes & procedures making sales operational tasks more effective.
• Updating contracts, proposals and business term templates by ensuring adherence to contracting policies and relevant procedures.
• Working closely with the inventory personnel to perform analysis of inventory and ensuring the inventory is being utilized effectively, the right equipment is being purchased solid inventory data is being maintained, and related expenses are reduced.
• Maintaining constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations.
