Selection Criteria:
Qualification. Masters / MBA Supply Chain / Marketing or 16 years of relevant equivalent qualification.
Experience. Minimum 08 years proven working experience in handling business project, managing team and prepare project feasibilities along with business project execution.
Job Expectation:
• Responsible for P&L of Commodity based segment (Bulk Sales Segment).
• Responsible for timely tender submission and fulfilling all the pre-requisites.
• Engagement of HMTs to fulfill the requirement of commodity-based business customers.
• Leading nationwide Bulk Sales Team and building transportation business to achieve Revenue & Profit targets.
• Planning, Budgeting & Product Development to enhance Bulk Sales Business.
• Ensure optimum and efficient employment of task vehicles dedicated for corporate business.
• Preparing annual sale KPI’s for Bulk Sales Team.
• Plan team trainings to ensure development of individual employee of the team at personal level.
• Submitting daily progress report to the line manager.
