Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE:

Install, maintain, and replace automation systems throughout the production process with troubleshoot component parts, including motion sensors, control components, photosensors, and other vital technology and defining root-cause of major and repeated issues. Implementation of PM plan and ensure adhere with schedule. Good experience in PLC Troubleshoot & Programming.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Participate in new machinery installation and implement testing to ensure that it operates properly, and trains other plant workers on its use.
Installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing industrial control systems, such as PLCs, PACs, or other computerized equipment.
Installing and repairing electrical components such as motors, switches, relays, or sensors.
Performing routine inspections of machinery and equipment for defects or malfunctions
Provide technical input to business plans, proposals to ensure smooth operations.
Implement of PM schedule plan and ensure completion as a target.
Follow up daily MR’s & WOs through the ERP system to ensure smooth operation.
Support section & engineers in achieve MTTR & MTBF targets.
Assist with commissioning of new equipment / projects.
Order and maintain appropriate stock of spare parts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s / Diploma degree in automation or electrical engineering

EXPERIENCE:

+3-6 with the last 3 years as automation technician in FMCG multinational company, or solid experience and excellent track records that are filled with achievements.
