Job Description:
AX CAPITAL Real Estate is seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that align with our clients’ needs and preferences. As an Interior Designer, you will work closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to develop innovative design concepts and deliver exceptional interior design solutions.
• Independent creation and management of projects (architecture + interior concept)
• Preparation of a complete set of drawings + sketch visualization
• Selection of materials and furniture based on the project
• Preparation of samples
• Interaction with suppliers, negotiation of delivery terms and prices
• Preparation of material samples for client presentations and internal needs
• Project supervision (authorship control)
Skills:
• 2 years + experience
• Knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Revit is an advantage, among others.
• Knowledge of finishing materials, furniture, lighting, and plumbing used in the Luxury interior segment
• Initiative and independence
• Proactiveness, result-oriented approach, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Conversational English level sufficient for effective work
