Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Maintain employee records, including updating personal information, tracking time off requests, and managing employee benefits.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job listings, scheduling interviews, and preparing new hire paperwork.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide information regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee training and development programs, including coordinating workshops and seminars.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR best practices and industry trends.
- Assist with performance management process, including tracking employee goals and objectives and preparing performance evaluation materials.
- Support HR team with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR databases.
- Assist with HR compliance, including ensuring all employee files are up to date and conducting audits as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and handle sensitive HR matters with discretion.
- Stay current on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to employees and managers.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• High School diploma
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative role.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
