Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records, including updating personal information, tracking time off requests, and managing employee benefits.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job listings, scheduling interviews, and preparing new hire paperwork.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide information regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with employee training and development programs, including coordinating workshops and seminars.
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Assist with performance management process, including tracking employee goals and objectives and preparing performance evaluation materials.
  • Support HR team with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR databases.
  • Assist with HR compliance, including ensuring all employee files are up to date and conducting audits as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and handle sensitive HR matters with discretion.
  • Stay current on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to employees and managers.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• High School diploma

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative role.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
