Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
- Review and approve engineering plans, designs, and specifications.
- Prepare and submit project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project goals.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance project efficiency.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for potential projects.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in a similar role in Dubai.
- Experience in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other civil engineering design software
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Professional license or certification in Civil Engineering.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Experience working on construction projects in the UAE.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD and project management software.
