About Job:
Incumbent will be responsible to ensure the wider workforce is aware of company policies and procedures. Conduct induction training and arrange monthly awareness sessions for workers. Negotiate during employee disputes and resolve issues through counselling workers and the management. Initiate and actively participate in workers’ well being programs like trainings, recreational activities, etc.
Qualification:
Must be Graduate
Experience:
1-2 years’ experience in employee relations
