Job Title:
Cyber Security Architect
This role aims to empower Information Security Operations Management to oversee protection systems by enhancing Security Architecture and establishing protection standards based on best practices. It also involves upgrading security systems and addressing issues both within and outside the organization. The role encompasses the following tasks:
- Conducting cybersecurity reviews to identify gaps in the security architecture and developing plans to manage cybersecurity risks.
- Identifying security vulnerabilities in the security architecture during reviews to support risk mitigation strategies.
- Analyzing risks whenever a program or system undergoes significant changes.
- Providing input for risk management frameworks and relevant documentation.
- Advising on security requirements to be included in procurement documents.
- Analyzing candidate architectures, customizing security services, and selecting appropriate security mechanisms.
- Drafting detailed functional specifications to document the architecture development process.
- Analyzing user needs and requirements for architectural planning.
- Developing the required enterprise architecture or system components to meet user needs.
- Documenting and updating all identification and architectural activities as necessary.
- Providing specialized advice on cloud computing architecture security, including networks, storage, and databases.
- Developing and integrating cybersecurity designs for systems and networks with multi-level security requirements.
- Documenting and addressing the organization’s cybersecurity requirements in architecture and systems engineering.
- Reading and interpreting diagrams, specifications, preliminary designs, and planning charts related to systems and networks.
