The Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan (IPO-Pakistan) is an autonomous body working under the administrative control of the Ministry of Commerce. The major functions of the organization are as under: Administer and coordinate all Government systems for protection and strengthening of Intellectual Property (IP).

Note:

• The appointment will purely be on contract basis for 1 year. All proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes on or before 11:00 am within 15 days of advertisement. The bids shall be opened on 11:30 am after 15 days of advertisement in the presence of bidders/ representatives at the address given below.
• Bids received after the specified time shall not be accepted.
• IPO-Pakistan reserves the right to cancel the hiring process at any stage as per rules. Concealment of facts and any direct or in-direct pressure for hiring would lead to the disqualification of the candidates.
• If any candidate found ineligible, he/ she will be disqualified at any stage of the recruitment process.
• This is a “Single Stage Two Envelop” procedure as per PPRA Rules. The envelope shall be prominently labeled with the “PROPOSAL FOR LEGAL CONSULTANT”, written in a clear and legible manner.”
• On the basis of merit, only eligible and short listed candidates will provisionally be called for interview.
• No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
