Job Description:

- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing IT teams, showcasing effective leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- A track record of strategic planning and execution in overseeing the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure aligned with organizational goals.
- Extensive background in developing and implementing IT security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- experience in managing relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure effective service delivery and value for the organization.
- Successful management of IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Deep technical knowledge and expertise in various aspects of IT, including servers, networks, storage, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and other departments to define project goals and deliverables.
- Experience in developing and maintaining robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans, including conducting regular testing.
