Job Purpose:
- End to End BVS operations/ Management
- Coordination with Regions and BVS Devices’ vendors
- BVS R&R and BVS Devices Management
Job Responsibilities:
- BVS devices complete R&R diagnosis
- R&R Warranty Monitoring
- R&R Devices Recuring Parts Monitoring
- R&R Portal status updating
- R&R Devices Reporting and Analysis
- R&R Devices Technical evaluation.
- SLA Expired BVS devices handling submitted to warehouse
- BVS R&R Vendor coordination.
- BVS R&R Vend Franchise Visits
- Support on BVS Issues (calls & Video Calls) Handling of R&R BVS Courier Issues (BVS pickups issue etc)
- BVS Packing & Dispatching
- BVS software issues Coordination with HQ
- R&R Login creation for newly Hired/ Relocate BDO
- R&R Devices movement
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:
Bachelors in any relevant business / major
Work Experience:
2 & More Years in Operations & Front End Level (CSC, Sales etc.)
Skills – Generic:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of BVS Devices & Initial Troubleshooting
