Job Details:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential leads within the corporate services industry, utilizing your expertise to spot business opportunities.
- Responding to Inquiries: Respond to incoming emails, live chats, and phone inquiries promptly. Engage and deliver in face-to-face meetings.
- Listening to Customer Requirements: Understand customer requirements and present solutions appropriately to make a sale, on the shelf or tailored.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate strong prospects and client relationships, communicate in person and via virtual meetings, telephone calls, emails and live chat.
- Client Education: Guide clients through our services, addressing inquiries, and ensuring they understand the benefits.
- Handling Objections: Address customer objections with the aim of closing sales.
- Documentation: Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients, or existing clients. Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market insights.
- Performance Metrics: Continuously monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize outcomes.
- Client Feedback: Collect and use client feedback to enhance our services.
- Team Player in Sales Department: Work as a team player in the sales department with the aim of increasing the number of sales.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams, Account Managers, legal, compliance, and operations for a seamless client experience.
- Networking: Build professional network in corporate services and legal industries. Attend relevant events to represent the company.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices, legal regulations, and market dynamics to remain an expert
