Our client is an award-winning social and digital agency who is experience exponential growth in 2024. They’re expanding into KSA and the wider GCC thanks to their success in Dubai and are looking for a Business Development Director to come onboard and spearhead this growth.
They are looking for someone to create high value business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships and expand their reach.
Requirements:
- Develop, lead and execute a comprehensive strategy to support the company’s objectives.
- An expert on solution sales with C-Suite stakeholders.
- Should have a success business portfolio.
- Identify, evaluate and pursue strategic partnership opportunities in the digital, tech, production and gaming industries to enhance digital offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development and creative to integrate partnerships into digital strategy.
- Constantly exceed client expectations and ensure KPIs are being met.
- Represent the brand at industry events.
Requirements:
- 10 years + experience in business development, strategic partnerships or a related field with a specific track record within digital, digital agency, tech or gaming.
- Proven ability to manage multiple prokects, clients and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to manage complex relationships.
- Deep understanding of digital trends, technology platforms and the gaming industry.
