Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Walk in Interview – 16th Dec ,2023
BIM Engineer/Modeller/Mechanical or Electrical
Location -Sobha Hartland -2 office, Block C ,Ras Al Khor
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adequate engineering knowledge for MEP modelling with minimum input.
Develop 3D BIM models using industry-leading software, such as Revit & Navisworks.
Create and manage BIM families & components.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and coordination of BIM models across all disciplines.
Incorporate design changes and updates into the BIM models as directed by project engineer.
Assist in resolving clashes by coordinating with other disciplines and making necessary adjustments to the BIM models.
Collaborate with project teams to resolve clashes and coordinate design elements.
Generate accurate and high-quality 2D drawings and documentation from the BIM models.
Ensure consistency and adherence to project standards in the extracted drawings.
Review and verify the accuracy of extracted drawings before submission.
Adhere to established BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the organization.
Collaborate with the BIM team to develop and enhance BIM workflows and processes.
Collaborate effectively with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
· Knowledge of building MEP services (Mechanical, P&H services, Firefighting, LPG/SNG & Electrical Power, Lighting, ELV etc… as applicable.)
EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum 5 years’ working in projects involving MEP building services in middle east.
