Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
To ensure customer queries are resolved efficiently and provide the service to the customer as per defined timelines (TAT)
2. To ensure compliance in all products and services sourced
3. Co-ordinating with the mid-office team in Dubai/Sharjah/Abu Dhabi for smooth clearance of account opening forms.
4. If there is any rejection from Dubai/Sharjah/Abu Dhabi or India, informing the concerned team and get it cleared on urgent basis.
5. Ensure to follow all regulatory and KYC requirements.
6. To provide inputs on a ongoing basis to the marketing function through the reporting line on new segments and opportunities
7. Ensure the completion of requisite trainings as informed by the supervisior/s.
8. To provide inputs to the product team on market conditions and new products.
9. To undertake projects and assignments from time to time as directed by the supervisior /manager.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. 3+ years experience in Banking industry
2. UAE working experience.
