Nespresso worldwide since its launch has enjoyed growth year on year. Our ambitions for coming years are sky high. Currently we are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager with the mission to:
Manage the OOH product portfolio of coffee, machines, accessories and services, by implementing global product launches & themes (IAP) conform market needs and execute market specific local initiatives
A day in the life of a B2B Marketing Manager:
Manage the OOH product portfolio:
• Execute the product strategy and execute commercial value propositions (incl. new products/services)
• Review the channel’s portfolio performance continuously to understand and suggest possible optimizations, e.g. promotion, pricing, portfolio rationalization, with support from data & insights
• Conduct annual deep dives on market, trends and competitive development for coffee, machines, accessories and services to fuel the local product strategy and marketing plan, in collaboration with Data & Insights
• Benchmark local performance with international best practises and local competitive environment
• Provide input for monthly sales forecasting of the channel’s portfolio, in close cooperation with the Data & Insights and channels
• Drive awareness for the OOH propositions among decision makers and end-users including local ATL campaigns for office, in close cooperation with the local and central communication team
• Maximize impact of the local digital footprint, including the OOH website, through content adaptation, creation and activation in close cooperation with the local digital team
Implement global product launches & themes to local market needs:
• Execute all permanent and non-permanent (IAP) launches in the area of coffee, machines, accessories and services for the channel
• Execute the activation (e.g. acquisition, promotion) strategy for the channel
• Execute market specific local initiatives
• Support continuous improvement through conducting pre- and post-evaluations of product launches & themes
Lead Generation:
• Execution of lead generation activities for esp. office, including direct mail campaigns, CRM, fairs & events. Support direct report in decision making on execution of lead generation activities for dining segment.
• Work with agency to collect and process leads and match these with Nespresso customer knowledge to determine ‘readiness’ of each lead and determine relevant follow-up actions.
• Pro-actively explore new lead generation strategies and tactics.
• Efficiency analysis of the different lead generation marketing activities.
• Review of and constant optimization of the sales tools, e.g. presentation, materials, speech.
People & Performance Management:
• Attract and retain talent, develop the personal effectiveness of employees by regular coaching and implementation of learning activities
• Build a strong team where team members collaborate effectively and understand their shared goals and purpose
• Set individual performance goals that provide a clear line of sight to organizational priorities and monitor progress towards achievement of goals by use of the PDP methodology
• Lead by example in terms of NLF behaviors and safety leadership
• Build the Nespresso culture by promoting and supporting a happy, healthy and safe working environment that encourages teamwork, ambition and a high level of professionalism
What will make you successful:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Hospitality, advertising, Business or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing as a Product and/or Brand Manager
- Experience in B2B or Hospitality Marketing
- Worked for an organisation with leading brands and a strong commercial mindset
- Experience in project management (of complex projects)
- You speak English fluently with a professional level.
- People management experience
