Job Title:
AVP
SDM shall provide and assist with the following Delivery Services:
- Prepare and maintain a service delivery plan.
- Assist with conducting a delivery planning sessions.
- Assist with conducting quarterly service delivery plan reviews.
- Assist with reviewing against the scope.
- Manage and track the issues, risks, and personnel required to deliver managed services.
- Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly status calls.
- Assist with facilitating communications.
- Provide an initial escalation contact for issues related to the project.
- Assist with maintaining the change request log and work with client to prioritize them.
- Coordinate and support customer.
- Build close relationship with the client.
- Preparing presentation
