Job Title:
Associate Consultant EUC

Responsibilities:
- End-User Support:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and escalate as needed.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other end-user equipment.
- Hardware and Software Management:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Install and upgrade software applications.
- Perform hardware upgrades and replacements.
- System Administration:
- Maintain and administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met for end-user systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system changes and updates.
- IT Documentation:
- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Keep inventory records up to date for hardware and software assets.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to end-users.
- Communicate technical information in a user-friendly manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in desktop support or a related IT role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common business applications.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing quality support.
Preferred Skills:
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or similar.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and group policy management.
- Kaspersky Endpoint Security
- System Center Configuration Manager
- Experience with remote desktop support tools.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts.
