Description:
- Timely report in office with proper uniform and mark the attendance.
- Check the baggage log book, emails and action accordingly.
- Perform duty according to the duty allocation.
- Proper tag collection & Guest guidance on arrival.
- Make PIR, DPR in case of short receiving of baggage or damaged baggage.
- Share AHL/DPR through emails with all stations for the locating of missing baggage and follow up.
- Check BMS on daily bases and follow up.
- Make arrival baggage activity report on daily bases and share it with Supervisor & executive.
- Make custom advice for left behind baggage and scanning for transportation to destination.
- Close coordination with load controller, ramp and traffic for baggage movement.
- Ensure the Weapon piece delivery to concern guest with proper documentation.
- Proper filing of baggage related documents and maintain it properly.
- Share OHD detail with all station for the matching of AHL.
- Inform to guest regarding the status of their missing or damaged baggage via phone/email.
- Receive Left behind baggage and deliver to concern guest with proper documentation.
- Proper handing/taking over when reporting to duty or before signing off.
- Any other task assigned by Manager Airport Operations, AM Baggage services and supervisor & Executive baggage services.
Position Qualification Requirements include:
- Work Experience in Similar Position: 1-2 years
- Required Skills: Qualification: Matric
