Job Description:

Eligibility Criteria:
Experience:
- Fresh to one year of working experience
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with any discipline from an HEC recognized university
- Qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred
Age:
- Up to 30 Years
- 2 years’ age relaxation for the following candidates:
- Hafiz-e-Quran
- Who have completed their Dars-e-Nizami or Shahdat-ul-Alamiyah and possess an HEC Equivalency Letter
- Differently-abled persons
Key Responsibilities:
- To undertake and lead customer on-boarding activities.
- Interact and manage corporate clients and on-site customer on-boarding.
- Serve as primary service office for enhancing customer experience.
- Promote bank’s product suite through cross-sell.
- Assist in accomplishing business targets.
- Work in collaboration with relevant stakeholders for product/service enhancement.
Skills required:
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Proficient in English/Urdu writing and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
