Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
The Quality Assistant in the paper cup division is responsible for ensuring that paper cup products meet the required quality standards before they are released for production or delivery to customers.
- Some common duties and responsibilities of a Quality Assistant in the paper cup division may include:
- · Conducting quality checks on incoming materials used for paper cup production, such as paperboard, ink, and adhesives.
- · Inspecting paper cups and related products during production to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
- · Conducting regular checks on finished paper cups to ensure they meet customer specifications, including size, shape, and design.
- · Recording and reporting quality control data and maintaining quality control records.
- · Assisting in the investigation of customer complaints related to quality issues, identifying the root cause of the problem, and recommending solutions.
- · Collaborating with the production team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- · Ensuring compliance with quality control regulations, standards, and policies.
- · Assisting in the training of production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- To be successful in this role, a Quality Assistant in the paper cup division should have strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as good communication skills. They should be familiar with quality control techniques and processes, as well as basic computer skills. Knowledge of paper cup products, manufacturing processes, and quality control regulations is also essential.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Diploma or graduate with 2 years experience in Quality department of Paper cup division
- Knowledge of paper and printing and packaging
- Well versed with ERP and systems
