Assistant Manager Technical Review Execution
Job Purpose:
This role involves coordinating joint surveys with the NCPE team to address case processing conflicts, preparing detailed survey reports with actionable recommendations, and collaborating with internal teams for efficient estimate issuance. The position requires troubleshooting SAP issues, developing data-driven reports, and driving process improvements while mentoring junior staff and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Job Description:
- Plan and coordinate joint surveys with the NCPE team to resolve conflicts related to case processing.
- Prepare comprehensive reports of site surveys, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Coordinate with interdepartmental teams to ensure smooth planning and estimate issuance.
- Troubleshoot SAP-related matters, providing timely solutions to technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical reports, dashboards, and databases to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
Education:
- BEE/BE/BS/B-tech(hons) specialization is Electrical/Electronics.
Experience:
- Experience 3 years+ experience in Power sector or similar type of industry having good interpersonal skills and in-depth technical knowledge.
- Understanding of commercial and technical aspects of business Experience.
