Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Optimization Specialist to join our Operational Excellence department. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in both on-premises and cloud infrastructure, with a strong background in cybersecurity, network security, and IT services. The role requires a proactive individual capable of analyzing, optimizing, and finding alternative solutions for various IT challenges, with a focus on OPEX and CAPEX optimization.
Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Expertise:
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
Proficiency in managing and optimizing cloud-hosted services, virtualization, and monitoring tools.
Cybersecurity and Network Security:
Possess extensive knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
Specialize in DLP, NGFW, WAF, EPP, SASE, XDR, and other security technologies.
Conduct packet-level debugging for comprehensive analysis of IT flows.
Advanced knowledge of Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM).
IT Services Management:
Manage IT services, including publication and cloud security.
Stay updated on the latest IT technologies and market solutions.
Analyze and compare different IT solutions for optimal performance.
Advanced Feature Knowledge:
Proficient in Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools and methodologies.
Experience with Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VA/PT).
In-depth knowledge of Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) for granular network analysis.
Problem Solving:
Analyze and identify alternative solutions for IT-related challenges.
Brainstorm and strategize to address current and potential future IT issues.
Develop proactive measures to prevent zero-day attacks and data breaches.
Documentation:
Generate professional-level technical documentation for all IT processes.
Document solutions, configurations, and best practices for future reference.
Vendor Interaction:
Fluent in English for effective communication with vendors.
Engage in vendor discussions and present technical information clearly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT optimization and infrastructure management.
Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity, network security, and IT services.
Familiarity with DLP, NGFW, WAF, EPP, SASE, XDR, cloud-hosted services, and virtualization.
Proven ability to perform packet-level debugging and analyze IT flows.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to find alternative solutions.
Up-to-date knowledge of new IT technologies and market solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Experience in making detailed comparisons between different IT solutions.
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and prevent IT challenges.
