Selection Criteria:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 02 to 04 years relevant experience.
Job Expectation:
• Responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of a power plant facility that generates electricity.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the power plant, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and operational procedures.
• Monitor and analyze plant performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal plant performance and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to plan and execute equipment repairs and upgrades.
• Lead and manage a team of operators, technicians, and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, addressing any concerns or inquiries related to power plant operations.
