The Assistant Manager in the Organizational Development department of Human Resources is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and overall workplace culture.

Assistant Manager OD & TM
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the design and implementation of organizational development strategies, initiatives, and programs.
Assist in the planning of the performance evaluation procedure.
Facilitate change management processes to drive successful organizational transitions.
Work with training specialists to identify skill gaps and implement training programs to address those gaps.
Support the design and delivery of leadership development programs for managers and supervisors.
Assist in the design and implementation of performance management processes.
Utilize HR analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of organizational development programs.
Process necessary papers through payroll and insurance providers to ensure correct record-keeping and deductions.
Prepare and present reports to HR leadership on key performance indicators and trends.
Requirements:
5-7 years of relevant experience in HR or organizational development.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
A BSc/BA in Business Administration or a related discipline is required; an extra study in Human Resource Management is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to handle data privately.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
