Responsible for executing the marketing strategy across online and offline platforms, focusing on long-term marketing goals while building and enhancing brand image and equity.

Assistant Manager – Marketing
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement marketing plans that align with the institutions overall marketing strategy.
- Ensure consistent alignment with all schools and stakeholders.
- Plan and execute marketing activities and campaigns, ensuring visibility and promotion of various programs across digital and social platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the communications team to maintain alignment with the overall marketing and branding strategy.
- Conduct marketing visits to schools and colleges across Pakistan.
- Organize virtual sessions for all programs during the admission season.
- Coordinate Open House events and other key activities at leading colleges across Pakistan.
- Manage on-campus visits from universities, schools, and educational boards.
- Develop and manage influencer campaigns for various programs.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of publications and promotional materials, coordinating design and content with stakeholders (schools, centers, departments).
- Maintain and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty, program directors, schools, universities, and student counselors.
- Update and manage relevant databases for local and international marketing plans, including contacts at universities, schools, and counselors.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget effectively.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Education: Masters/ MBA in Marketing
- Experience: 4 years
