Faculty Title:
Assistant Manager Marketing & Communications – CEE
The incumbent will play a vital role in developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy (with effective execution) to promote the CEEs programs and services to a targeted audience. This position requires a passionate and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of marketing principles, digital media, and communication best practices.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Social Media & Website: Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, program enrollment, and engagement. Manage the CEEs website, ensuring it is up-to-date with accurate and compelling program information.
- Traditional Media: Secure placements for press releases and articles featuring CEE faculty and programs in relevant newspapers and industry publications.
- Public Relations: Develop and manage media relations strategies to enhance the CEEs reputation and visibility. Build relationships with key media contacts to generate positive press coverage.
- Creative Content Development: Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, program flyers, and presentations. Work with videographers to develop short, engaging videos promoting the CEEs programs.
- Partnerships & Sponsorships: Identify and develop strategic partnerships and sponsorships with corporations and professional organizations to expand the CEEs reach and generate additional revenue streams.
- Membership Programs: Develop and promote membership programs that incentivize repeat business and foster long-term relationships with program participants.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using key metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Other Duties: Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events and webinars.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIE NCE:
- The incumbent shall have at least bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications preferably in a relevant field from an HEC recognized university/institute.
- At least 4 year of relevant work experience, preferably.
