Faculty Title:
Assistant Manager (Design) – NSTP
Qualification / Experience:
Essential:-
– B.Arch. / BS Architectural Engineering / BS Industrial Design Engineering from a reputable local/foreign HEC recognized university with 04 years relevant experience.
Desirable:-
– MS in relevant discipline with specialization in Green Building Designs with more then 06 years of relevant experience
Required Skills/Certifications:
Essential:–
– Green Building Designs
– AutoCAD
– Revit
– Sketchup
– Photoshop & Illustrator
Desirable:-
– Content Strategy
– Social Media Handling
– Canva/Trello
– Script writing / description
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing creative Interior designs, ensuring that designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Assisting in monitoring and analyzing the performance of designs and marketing initiatives, using metrics and analytics to optimize strategies and tactics
• Assisting in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of designing for projects under NSTP and to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Assisting in reviewing work execution by the vendor(s) and ensuring it meets quality standards, adheres to brand guidelines, and aligns with objectives before final delivery.
• Identifying opportunities to improve overall user experience for the residents of NSTP
• Assisting in communication and presentations, gathering project requirements, and conveying feedback between clients and the design team.
• Assist in developing high-quality visual, and multimedia content for multiple platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
• Assist in collaborating with the marketing, projects and operations team to create content calendars and strategies that support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Track and analyze content performance metrics using modern tools.
