Job Description:
Qualification/Experience:
Essential:
– Master’s degree in Management Sciences/Computer Science or a related field from HEC recognized University with sound knowledge of Statistics with one (01) year experience in educational data analysis or quality assurance. Familiarity with higher education management system.
Desirable:
– MS/MPhil in Management Sciences/Computer Science or a related field from HEC recognized University with sound knowledge of Statistics with three (03) years working in educational data analysis or quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collecting and compiling data.
• Preparing feedback analysis reports using various statistical applications and tools.
• Managing data uploads to the Higher Education Data Repository (HEDR) portal, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Provide input for the preparation of the Yearly Progress Report (YPR) to be submitted to the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
• Managing the implementation of the Self-Assessment Process for Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs, including issuing instructions, evaluating Self-Assessment Reports (SARs), and ensuring timely submission to HEC.
• Analyze Feedback Surveys and compile comprehensive reports for review by key stakeholders.
• Participate in and organize conferences, seminars, and workshops focused on Quality Assurance (QA) matters.
• Oversee the implementation of the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) process across programs offered by NUST institutions to enhance educational outcomes.
• Provide guidance and coordination to the Directors of Quality Enhancement Cells (DLQECs) across all NUST institutions on QA policies and practices.
• Assist in conducting Academic Audits of NUST institutions as part of ongoing quality audits and improvement initiatives.
• Provide assistance in submission of data for various Ranking agencies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Quality Assurance & NIO and Deputy Director of Quality Assurance (Self-Assessment).
