Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
- Manage product assortment and pricing strategies to optimize sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and supply chain, to develop and execute promotional activities.
- Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of brand initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and detailed sales claim records and documentation.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely product availability.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
- Experience in the Consumer Electronics industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
