Job Description:
- Assembling and fabricating fans according to specifications and blueprints.
- Using hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble components.
- Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with equipment or products.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Following company policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an assembler or fabricator in a fan factory.
- Knowledge of fan manufacturing processes and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Physical stamina and dexterity.
