JOB DESCRIPTION:

Managing overall working of the department | Assisting the Health Data & Quality Manager in serving as a subject matter expert in the areas of Salamtak training, Implementation and Support. Escalating issues / concerns appropriately. Supporting Salamtak team members and covering duties as requested by Health Data & Quality Manager during absences or vacations. Attending SEHA Salamtak related meetings and other committees or group meetings as required. Preparing status reports as appropriate. Planning and monitoring proficiency and updates skills on areas of responsibility via mandated twice yearly goals and objectives documented in iPerform plus ad hoc feedback. Performing other duties as assigned. |
Clinical Transformation | Assisting the Health Data & Quality Manager in facilitating clinical work teams to share/leverage best practices across SEHA facilities. Advising on clinical transformation requirements; providing templates or ideas to assist in the development of transformational initiatives. Supporting the Health Data & Quality Manager in establishing, maintaining and monitoring key performance indicators to optimize workflow/ achieve benefit realization in conjunction with cross facility clinical work teams. Recommending and supporting the development of facility specific and/or enterprise policies and procedures. |
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering /Information Systems or related clinical systems.
