Faculty Title:
Accountant – NSTP
Qualification / Experience:
Essential:-
– M.Com or MBA (Finance) from a reputable local/foreign HEC recognized university with 05 to 07 years of relevant experience.
Desirable:-
– M.Com or ACCA with 06 years of relevant experience.
Required Skills/Certifications:
Essential:-
– Excellent Communication Skills
– Experience in Corporate Sector
– Handling ERP Accounting Software
– Knowledge of Accounting standards
– Expertise in WHT and Sales Tax filings
– Knowledge of PPRA rules
Desirable:-
– Experience in Business Consultancy (SECP, FBR etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
• Performing day-to-day financial operations of the department such as payroll, invoicing, expense reports and other transactions.
• Preparation and issuance of monthly invoices of Tenant Companies.
• Preparation of Payment vouchers and receipt vouchers for audit purposes
• Issuance of Payments in light of applicable rules and regulations
• Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements of bank accounts
• Preparation of accounts receivable report and recovery of receivables.
• Preparation & submission of monthly withholding Income & sales tax returns
• Handling ERP Accounting software for all accounting records
• Preparation of Annual Budgets and Variance statements
• Preparation of monthly income and expenditure statements for the higher management
• Submission of corporate returns to relevant department and authorities
• Coordinating with internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
• Maintaining record of correspondence and documentation
• Securing financial information by completing database backups
• Any other task relevant to Operations of Accounts Office
