My client is a world-leading exhibition stand design, fit out and delivery company that works with global organisations to create Exhibition stands that draw in potential customers at events. They work with their clients to deliver brand experiences around the world to deliver innovative brand activations and stands that encourage connection and collaboration. From double-deck exhibition stands to latest technologies they ensure their clients maximise impact.
What will I be doing?
Once the sales team have brought on a new client you will take over to ensure their experience runs as smoothly as possible. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, understanding the client’s needs and expectations and translating that to the design and project management teams.
You’ll be working with all teams and the clients themselves to work from ideation through to stand delivery and execution.
What do I need?
- Experience in an exhibition stand design and fit out company.
- Great communication skills
- Experience in a client servicing role
- Organised and hardworking
- Experience of dealing with project management/design teams.
