The Center for Executive Education (CEE) at IBA Karachi seeks a passionate and experienced academician to serve as the Academic Head of Governance and Leadership Programs. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction and development of high-quality programs designed to equip executives with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective governance and leadership.
Faculty Title:
Academic Head of Governance and Leadership Programs(Part-time,PB)
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program Oversight and Development:
- Lead the development and review of Governance and Leadership program curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and evolving needs.
- Develop existing trainers and identify and recruit distinguished faculty with expertise in governance, leadership, and relevant industry sectors.
- Develop new program offerings in the areas of governance and leadership to meet emerging market demands.
- Identify industry trends and challenges to inform program development and content.
Faculty Management:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to faculty members delivering Governance and Leadership programs.
- Foster collaboration among faculty to ensure a cohesive and impactful learning experience for participants.
Performance Measurement:
- Track and analyze program data to measure participant satisfaction, ROI, and overall program effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve program quality and outcomes.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- The incumbent shall have at least Master’s degree from an HEC recognized university/institute.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in academia, executive education, or a relevant industry sector.
