Position	7-Star Auditor	Job Code
Reports to	Manager	Direct Reports	Manager’s, SMP’s and Consultants
Division	Sindalah	Department
Role Purpose	The 7-Star Auditor is a critical member of Sindalah’s Property Management Team, tasked with ensuring that Sindalah’s ultra-luxury standards are met and exceeded. This role embodies Sindalah’s pursuit of perfection, aligning operations with the broader visions of NEOM.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

Key Responsibilities

Conduct rigorous audits to assess adherence to Sindalah’s 7-star ultra-luxury standards across various operational facets. Document audit findings, prepare detailed reports, and communicate any discrepancies or areas of improvement to the Quality Manager. Collaborate with the Quality Manager in developing, implementing, and improving audit procedures and quality control standards. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their expectations, ensuring that audit processes are comprehensive and aligned with stakeholder expectations. Utilize cutting-edge technologies and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of audit processes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the Property Management Team. Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards in auditing activities.

Thorough and accurate audits that uphold Sindalah’s 7-star ultra-luxury standards. Effective collaboration with the Quality Manager in refining audit procedures and quality control standards. Positive stakeholder engagement and feedback regarding audit processes and findings.

BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience	Proven experience in conducting rigorous audits within a luxury or ultra-luxury environment. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders. Experience in leveraging technology to enhance audit processes. Knowledge of relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
Qualifications	Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications in auditing or a related field are preferred.
